This fun, easy summery dessert is so deliciously simple that it will leave your guests wanting more!

What is Eaton Mess?

This popular summer dessert is so easy to make and is very quick to pull together. Best of all you can eat it straight away if you like the crunch of meringue. Or you can leave it for several hours and the ingredients become soft and gooey, melt in your mouth GOOD!

It is also sometimes called Ambrosia Salad. Different families will have variations of this popular summer dessert, but this is how I make mine. This dessert isn’t something that I would regularly make at Christmas. Though, my husband’s children had it and they enjoyed it, so I started to make it for them.
