1450 canbeetroot drainedI used baby but sliced works as well
225gcream cheesesoftened by leaving it out of the fridge for 30 minutes before blending
150gfetaif you don't enjoy feta leave it out
1tsplemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1sprinkleblack sesame seeds optional garnish
Instructions
Drain the can of beetrootAdd everything into a blender and blend until nice and smoothYou can add some reserved beetroot juice if it is too thickRefrigerate for 30 minutes
