Instructions
Cook the filling – In a large frying pan, add the mince, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned all over. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well, then remove from heat. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Assemble the rolls – Place a spring roll wrapper on the bench with one corner pointing towards you. Spoon about 1 heaped Tbsp of filling just below the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in both sides, and roll up tightly. Brush the top corner with water to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling. Please watch the linked video if you would like to see step-by-step instructions on how to roll them.
Spray both sides of the spring rolls with oil.
Cook – Cook the spring rolls in an air-fryer on 200°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. Then flip them over and cook for a further 3 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Season with salt. You can also deep fry if you prefer, but this method is healthier for you.
Serve hot with extra tomato sauce or a creamy burger dipping sauce.
