Open the cans of coconut cream and pour contents into a quart jar.
Open the probiotic capsules and empty the probiotic into the coconut cream.
Place the lid on and give it a good shake.
Place the jar into the yoghurt vessel and put the required amount of boiling water in the bottom of the container. Be careful not to get the boiling water onto the glass jar as it may break it from thermal shock. Follow the instructions for the equipment you are using.
Set aside on the bench and leave overnight or up to 10 hours.
The longer you leave it to set the thicker it will become; it will also be tangier the longer you leave it.
Once it is the right consistency, place the jar into the fridge.
If you like a bit of sweetness, you can add honey or sweetener of your choice.
