Homemade Beef Gravy Mix
A simple four-ingredient dry beef gravy mix to keep in the pantry for quick homemade gravy whenever you need it.

Ingredients

Instructions
Add the beef stock powder, plain flour, onion powder and garlic powder to a large bowl.
Whisk thoroughly until all of the ingredients are evenly combined.
Transfer to a clean, dry airtight container.
Label with the recipe name, date and instructions: 2 Tbsp (approximately 20g) mix + 1 cup cold water.
Store in a cool, dry pantry.
To Make 1 Cup of Beef Gravy
Add 2 Tbsp (approximately 20g) Beef Gravy Mix and 1 cup cold water to a saucepan.
Whisk together until smooth.
Place over medium heat and cook, stirring regularly, until the gravy comes to a gentle simmer and thickens.
Serve as is or add additional flavours to suit your meal.

Use approximately
3 Tbsp (30g)
of mix per cup of water for a thicker gravy.
One 196g batch makes approximately
