Homemade Instant Potato Soup Mix
A homemade potato soup mix made from pantry staples that stores well and creates a quick, creamy soup whenever you need it.

Ingredients

dehydrated potatoes

cup + 2 Tbsp
milk powder

salt

chicken stock powder

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a clean, dry jar or airtight container.
Seal and store in a cool, dry pantry until needed.
To Make Potato Soup
Add the entire soup mix to a saucepan with 3 cups water and 2 Tbsp butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are soft and the soup has thickened.
Stir through ¼ cup cream for a creamier soup. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add an extra ¼ cup water.
Heat through and serve.
