1packetfrozen spring roll pastry(I used the little chef brand from a local Asian grocer)
oil for deep fryinguse your choice of oil
Instructions
Grab the spring roll sheets and transfer 2 tbsp of the apple pie filling in the centre of each sheet. Fold (refer to my video for method). Make up as many rolls as you like depending on how much apple pie filling you have available to use.
Heat a few inches of oil, making sure that the spring rolls are covered. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain off excess oil. Serve with a salted caramel sauce.
They are best served straight away. But watch out as the centre will be hot.
