No-Bake Date Balls
Simple no-bake snacks made with dates and pantry staples. Naturally sweet, quick to mix, and perfect for lunchboxes or energy bites.

Ingredients

pitted dates

cup
walnuts
½
cup
of any other nut

tsp
linseed or flax seed
optional
½
cup
coconut
¼
tsp
salt

nut butter
peanut, almond, whatever’s in the pantry

cocoa powder
optional

tsp
vanilla essence

Tbsp
water
Instructions
Blend everything in a food processor until sticky.
Roll into balls and chill in the fridge. Ince chilled, store in an airtight container.

Optional coating:
Roll in cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut for extra flair.
