No-Bake Date Balls

Simple no-bake snacks made with dates and pantry staples. Naturally sweet, quick to mix, and perfect for lunchboxes or energy bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup of any other nut
  • 1 tsp linseed or flax seed optional
  • ½ cup coconut
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp nut butter peanut, almond, whatever’s in the pantry
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp water

Instructions

  • Blend everything in a food processor until sticky.
  • Roll into balls and chill in the fridge. Ince chilled, store in an airtight container.

  • Optional coating: Roll in cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut for extra flair.
