Pre-heat the oven on its highest setting. Pizza is best cooked on high heat.
In a bowl, combine water, sugar, and yeast. It is important that the water is warm to the touch before adding the yeast.
Once the yeast has activated (goes nice and bubbly), add in the remaining ingredients.
Mix until just combined with either a mixer, bread dough cycle (this may take longer) or by hand.
Once the dough has come together, it is ready to be used to make your favourite pizza. There is no need to knead this dough.
Put dough aside while you prepare the toppings. Or prepare toppings beforehand and use the dough straight away, it works either way.
Roll out 6 bases of roughly equal sizes and add your favourite toppings.
Bake for 7-10 minutes. Stay close and keep an eye as they do cook fast. Enjoy!
