In a bowl, combine water, sugar, and yeast. It is important that the water is warm to the touch before adding the yeast.
Once the yeast has activated (goes nice and bubbly), add in the remaining ingredients.
Mix until just combined with either a mixer, bread dough cycle (this may take longer) or by hand.
Once the dough has come together, it is ready to be used to make your favourite pizza!
There is no need to knead this dough.
Put aside while you prepare your toppings. Or get your toppings ready beforehand and use the dough straight away, it works either way.
Pre-heat the oven on its highest setting. Pizza is best cooked on high heat.
Roll out 6 bases of roughly equal sizes
Preheat the oven to its highest setting on the fan-bake before you start preparing toppings.
Add your favourite toppings
They will take 7-10 minutes to cook, but stay close and keep an eye on them as they do cook fast.
