Overnight Blueberry Oats | Easy Make-Ahead Breakfast

Creamy, make-ahead oats naturally coloured and flavoured with Mamaku blue freeze-dried blueberry slices and powder. Wholesome, vibrant, and perfect for grab-and-go mornings.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk or alternative
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • 1-2 tsp freeze-dried blueberry powder
  • 1 Tbsp freeze-dried blueberry slices
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • extra blueberry slices for topping

Instructions

  • Combine oats, milk and yoghurt in a jar or container.
  • Stir in the blueberry powder until evenly coloured.
  • Add sweetener if desired.
  • Mix in the freeze-dried blueberry slices.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir and top with more slices before eating.

Notes

  • Quick oats or rolled oats both work
  • Add extra yoghurt for a thicker texture
  • Add chia seeds for extra fibre and creaminess
Variations:
  • Add cinnamon for a “blueberry pie” flavour
  • Add protein powder for a post-workout breakfast
  • Mix with raspberries for a berry medley
