In a bowl add the warm water, honey and yeastcheck that the yeast blooms (bubbles)
add the remaining ingredientsmix with a wooden spoon until combinedcover the bowl and set aside for 1 hour
turn the oven to 230℃ and place the Dutch oven into the oven to warm up.after an hour, shape the bread into a round loaf. Using a floured surface. you want a nice round shape with a tight round top. Please watch the video to see the method.place the bread onto some baking paper and set into the bowl again to rise for another 15 minplace the loaf into the hot dutch oven (leaving it on the baking paper) and place the lid on.
Bake for 30 minutesthen take the lid off and bake for a further 15 minutesplace the cooked loaf onto a wire rack to cool thoroughly before cuttingEnjoy
