Ingredients
- 400 g jar of cerbos sweet corn relish Use any other brand available to you. Just make sure it is sweet style.
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juiced (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
