The versatile red meat sauce
I make up a large amount of this wonderful sauce that I call red meat sauce. It can cut your freezer meal cooking days down by utilizing the same sauce over multiple recipes.
The sauce is then used for making spaghetti bolognaise, lasagna, nachos and tacos. Bam and just like that 4 meals are done.
Dump bags
Yeah, I should probably rename this as it doesn’t sound very nice but basically what they are is a very quick way of getting more handy meals in the freezer.
You can take one type of sauce and change the different proteins to make up even more, quick and easy freezer meals. For example, I made a big pot of my Easy, Peasy Sweet and Sour Sauce and used it for sweet and sour chicken and sweet and sour sausages. Make as many bags up as you wish by changing the quantities.
Pre freeze chicken schnitzels
I buy my chicken breast in big bulk bags of 12 kilos. When I get home, I like to save some of the chicken and cut them lengthwise in half, so they are thinner. I then like to bread them up with panko breadcrumbs and then freeze the chicken schnitzels on a tray until frozen.
Once frozen, I bag them up and I then have a very quick and easy dinner to take out of the freezer and throw together with some sides.
We go over it in the video as well.
