It is so much cheaper to make your own Hot Chocolate Mix. It also makes a lovely wee gift and takes no time to whip up.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Good Cocoa Powder
- 1.5 cup Icing sugar or powdered sugar
- 2 cups Whole or skim milk powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
- To make up, add a couple of teaspoons of the mix to a mug. Add more if the mug is large. You can add more sugar to taste. Boil a jug, fill the mug with boiling water, and add milk if you want an extra milky drink.top with the marshmallowsEnjoy
