Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
To prepare the dish, put the tomatoes (fresh or frozen) in a baking dish. Add a block of cream cheese. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and oil.
Place the dish into the oven and bake for roughly 30 minutes
Once the tomatoes are juicy, cooked, and bursting at their seams. Check to see the cream cheese is all heated through and all melty.
Combine Everything –Add the cooked, drained pasta. The spinach, basil, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
Serve – Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
