Ingredients (Serves 1)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk (or alternative)
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
- 1–2 tsp freeze-dried blueberry powder
- 1 Tbsp freeze-dried blueberry slices
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Extra blueberry slices for topping
Method
- Combine oats, milk and yoghurt in a jar or container.
- Stir in the blueberry powder until evenly coloured.
- Add sweetener if desired.
- Mix in the freeze-dried blueberry slices.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir and top with more slices before eating.
