Easy Whole Cranberry Sauce
Description
This perfectly easy whole cranberry sauce will be a sure fire winner not only at the Christmas table but all year around.

Place everything but the orange juice and zest in big heavy based pot.
Simmer and stir frequently until sugar has dissolved.
The cranberries will start to burst open, releasing the juice.
Simmer away, stir occasionally until you reach the desired thickness.
Stir in the orange juice and zest.
Place a small spoonful on a plate and pop into the freezer to check the consistency.Pop into clean hot jars and seal. Leave the cranberry sauce until cold and then store in a cool dark cupboard.
Refrigerate once opened.
It will keep in sealed jars for over a year
