A bit about the best scone recipe
I have been making these scones for as long as I can remember. I have made more than I can care to think about. Between family and two catering businesses, they have been a popular option.
This basic dry mix can be used in many different ways. Just use the required amount and add whatever fillings you like.
Some other popular options are Date scone, Ham and cheese, and cheese, and onion. You can also turn the mixture into scrolls by rolling out the mixture and then topped with your favorite toppings. you then roll it back up into a long scroll and cut it into preferred sizes.
Give this mix a go and love it just as much as we do.
