Easy Glazed Baked Ham

A beautifully glazed baked ham is one of those recipes that feels a little bit special without requiring a lot of effort. Whether you’re serving it as part of a holiday meal, taking it to a gathering, or simply looking for a delicious way to prepare ham, this Brown Sugar Baked Ham is simple, flavourful, and always popular.

The combination of pineapple juice, wholegrain mustard, and brown sugar creates a sweet and savoury glaze that complements the ham perfectly. As the ham bakes, the glaze caramelizes and develops a rich flavour while keeping the meat moist and tender.

One of the things I love most about this recipe is that most of the work is done the day before. Allowing the ham to marinate overnight gives the flavours time to develop, making the finished result even better.

Whether served hot straight from the oven or enjoyed cold the next day, this is one of those versatile recipes that’s just as good on a dinner table as it is sliced into sandwiches.

I originally shared this recipe as part of a special Christmas menu series on YouTube, where I created a complete three-course Christmas meal across two videos for under $120.

While this baked ham made a wonderful addition to that festive menu, it’s a recipe that can easily be enjoyed year-round for family dinners, entertaining, celebrations, or whenever you have a ham to use.
